Question Hello!
I'm getting married and would like artificial nails or tips for my wedding day. I usually keep my natural nail quite short, but when I do grow them they break every time I need them to look nice! I only need the fake nails to last about 2 weeks because I cannot wear them at work for hygiene reasons, so I need something that I can get removed easily. I've looked up acrylics, gels, and wraps and I feel totally lost!
What would you recommend? Is there any site I can use to find a respectable place? I live in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Thanks!
Answer hi Katie
congratulations on your forthcoming wedding!
the best website for you to check out is www.thesalongeek.com
This is used by thousands of nail techs from all over the world, so if you register, (which is free) you can put up a post about someone in your area that is reccommended.
The best option for tempory nails is usually fibreglass, but the best option overall is finding someone that will respect you natural nails, regardless of the system they use. ie acrylic or gel or fibreglass.
