Question
okay i love getting my nails done in  acrylic but i heard they change colors in tanning beds  would the gel do the same thing and would the gel be staind by the tanning lotion and how do i know if my nail salon is using real gel stuff i know nothing about gel and i want to make sure it is done right and with the proper stuff

Answer
Hi Krista

Where do you go to have your nails done, ask them to use a UV topcoat as this should prevent them going yellow, unfortunately i cant really comment as i dont know what products are being used on your nails, nails do sometimes discolour if they have been on for a long time, as far as tanning lotion goes, none of my clients have had staining while using lotion on holiday?  can u take a wipe with you so when you have finished applying lotion and before going under sunbed just wipe lotion off your nails and palms.

visit my website www.signature-nails.co.uk  and read REGULATE SALONS page, make sure you are not using a salon that has MMA in their nail products, or find out what brand they are using to see if its professional and safe.
