Nail Care & Manicures - Nail Enhancements

Expert: Keeley Dennyschene - 6/11/2008

Question
I would like to know how to secure nail enhancements on the toes when the natural nail has been removed, i.e. on the skin

Answer
Hi Pamela

If there is no nail at all you will find nothing will last very long, you will need to make sure the nail bed (or whats left of it)is completely clean and free of oil and dirt and then sculpt a nail bed using acrylic then you can attach a tip or sculp a free edge using acrylic again.
