Question what nail art recommendations/ideas need to be made for a bride on her wedding day?
Thank you
Answer Hi Claire
This is quite a varied subject!
Some brides will be more adventurous than others obviously.
My 1st question to a bride would be about her colour scheme. Then about her "story board"
It has been a recent development for brides to collect pictures of items that inspire them about their wedding.
If they have then I would take my inspiration from that.
If not and there is time ask her to look at pictures in a bridal mag for ideas.
The french look is by far the most popular choice for most brides. It can be white or sort white.
Her skin and hair colouring would be taken into account aswell.
I think nail art on all fingers can be a bit scary for a lot of brides, so we tend to advise something on the ring fingers.
Or a more elaborate design on the ring finger and something small and delicate on the rest.
Hand painted flowers in the wedding colours are pretty.
Diamontes suit others.
I suggest you log onto www.thesalongeek.com and put up a post or do a search on wedding nail art. It has a lot of info and hopefully some pictures.
Good luck
