Answer
Debbie,
I am not sure about Illinois, but I think you need to go back for your esthetics license. Or better yet, get your full cos license then you can do it all!!!
I do not use Axxium, so I cannot help you there. I really do not know too much about it. It is OPI and I do not use OPI products.
Good luck with the waxing! I LOVE waxing.
buenos dias,

Expertise

I am able to answer any questions regarding artificial nails, whether they pertain to acrylic, gel, resin or fiberglass/silk wraps. If someone has questions regarding manicures and pedicures, I can help in this area too. I also can help with waxing questions, ranging from eyebrows to Brazilians for women and men. Skin care inquires? I can help in this area also. The only thing I cannot help with is hair questions.
