Question I have never had a professional manicure.When I let my nails grow out the tips of them are extra white like the synthetic nail tips you buy at the store. I have never seen anyone male or female with tips as white as mine. My question is what is causing them to be so white?

Thank you for your question and luckily the answer is simple:
The natural nail is made mostly of keratin and appears pink over the
nail bed and whitish when there is free edge because there is no
finger tissue under it. Some people have more keratin than others and you are one of the lucky people to save money on the French style manicures.
