Question Is there a UV curing colored nail polish on the market?
If so who makes it?
Thanks in advance for your time in answering this E-mail

Answer I'm not currently aware of such a product. However, many gel manufacturers now offer lines of colored gel that can be substituted for polish and any traditional polish will dry faster if it is put under a UV lamp because the heat from the bulbs will speed evaporation of the solvents, but it still takes awhile before it's dry completely.
You might try a top coat formulated to dry under UV light. Or a product such as Thermoshield from NSI, which will dry in 3 minutes under any heat source-- these topcoats will dry completely, including the polish underneath them! However, they are less than ideal over a natural nail manicure because they are not very flexible and tend to chip and peel on natural nails.
