Nail Care & Manicures - MMA nails

Expert: Ambercinque - 9/5/2009

Question
I got my first set of "gel" fake nails today, although they were applied from a powder and liquid formula. I've checked sites and all clues indicate that they are in fact MMA nails.
How can I remove them safely to prevent any accidents and further damage?

Answer
Danica-
If you truly have MMA nails they can not be removed. You can only file them down(do not try to cut them)and grow them off. MMA can hold bone together so once applied it is perm fused to your nails and can not be soaked off.
Good Luck
Amber
