Question I have had my nails done in the past for years. Lately I get bubbles in the finished nail. It is not caused by air and shaking the polish. They use OPI base coat and polish. I don't know what top coat is used. At that point no bubles are tere. I put my nails under the ultraviolet light and afterwards lots of bubbles. It looks bad. We are experimenting but the nail salon hiks its just me. I don't have acrylics it my own nails. Help. Are they polished too fast, wrong top coat or using the ultra violet light.
Answer Becky
The topcoat could be bubbling because it is not a uv topcoat. The only time to use the light is if it is specifically a uv topcoat. If it is then the bulbs need to be changed.
Sorry about the lapse of response time I am not getting emails that I have questions.
Thanks
