About Hafesie Expertise I can answer deck builds. I usually use "Outside the Box" decks, or odd/weird Decks. Card rulings are not my specialty, but I can do some rulings. Please be warned: If you ask me to do a ruling, I will answer the question through sources from the Naruto Website or other websites if I do not know the answer, so I take no credit for the answer. If you are new to the game, I can no longer give you an extensive guide as I lost my External Hard Drive which had everything naruto wise on it (I know, sounds like Dog ate my homework but it is true). Instead, feel free to ask me individual questions on parts you don't understand, or if you are completely new to the game, just got a deck, you can ask me for a basic guide, which isn't really much better than the rulebook anyway, however.

Education/Credentials Erm....why do you need to know this?
Question The last time we talk i said i was going to build a sharingan deck. I need to know everything about the Sharingan cards(Which are good to run). You also said there are three types of sharingan decks. the one that got my eye was the Sasuke NAS Itachi Build. How do i build that one. One more thing, When you was helping me put a decktype to use you said Earth/Lighting was a Taijutsu Deck. What other types of decks are there.
Answer There are too many decks to list. About 100 or so DIFFERNET UNIQUE decks there are.
Sasuke NAS build is basically getting Itachi out ASAP. 3 Itachi.
2 Sasuke NAS would be good. Also, you need a Sasuke with Growth to make it work.
3 Konohamaru also decrease the enterance cost of Itachi. It can be played on turn 3 this way! OMG.....
Then, there are your general staples, excluding Sasuke this time as you need it for growth. Naruto 9TC or CoP could replace this (I wouldn't use CoP as you could dump a sasuke with growth and stuff it).
Temari [AM] is now as important as ever to get your teams up to a bare minimum power. Some other cards to pump the deck are:
Gaara (you have this already, don't you)
Anko (it has a power of 4 when injured as well so you can use it to block a slightly stronger team with little loss)
Anbu (a 5/3 2/3 3 drop..nice)
Asuma Sarutobi [Optimist] (5/2 3/1 3 drop, 2 with konohamaru)
You really lack any strength until Itachi comes out. This deck shouldn't focus on wind/fire, but rather fire.
You should run 3 path to Hokage Sharingan Eye, they are the best one.
You should also Run Kakashi [ETB] For some strength. This deck doesn't really fit in with normal Sharingan - this deck lacks power. Kakashi [ETB] can suppliment for this slightly.
You shouldn't have too many Genin except for Gaara, Temari and possibly Naruto, so adding a Hokage [chunin exams] from coils could be a possibility.
