Question I had recently found on a website a toy store in Nashville, Tennessee that has old toys, trains in paticular, but I can not remember where I had seen it. We will be there during fan fair weekend and would love for our son who loves trains to experience this. Thank you for any help where this tiy store is. Sincerely, Jan D.
Answer Hi Jan,
I think the store you are hunting for is the Nashville Toy Museum, owned by Ted Lannom.
At one time it was located in the Music Valley Drive area next to the Wax Museum but it has since been moved to the downtown area and is now located in an historical building on 8th Ave.
Last that I heard, the prices and hours were as follows:
-Open daily from 10:30am to 4pm daily
-Located at 162 8th Ave. North.Nashville Tn.
-Admission is Adults $4, $2 ages 6-12, free ages 5 and under.
-Their Phone number: 1-615-742-5678
The museum has a great reputation for taking care of it's visitors.
Thanks for asking the question,
Jan
