Question
Were the Cheyenne a waring tribe

Answer
Hi Bob,

The Cheyenne seem to have been defending themselves in war until the Europeans tried to wipe them out. Then they became one of the great warring tribes of the Plains.
Other than those ho took part in the Greasy Grass battle, the Dog Soldiers were the most notable Cheyenne Warriors.
