Experience I am a licensed Naturopathic Doctor (ND) with ten years of experience. The focus of my work has been in women's health, obesity and pain, but I have treated all conditions. I currently see private patients, consult in the natural products industry, own part of a medical nutrition company, write for several publications, and speak across North America. Question Hi, my daughter of 24 has been light headed for around 6 years. She has had blood tests, x-rays, MRI scans, been to physios, neurologists and ear specialists. Everthing came back clear. She belives that it was caused doing sit ups when she felt her neck 'click'. She eats mainly a vegetarian diet. I would greatly appreciate any advice that you could give me, as yet nobody had been able to help her.

Can you describe the light-headedness for me? Does she get a sensation of spinning? Vertigo? Does she have episodes of fainting or near fainting? Does it happen at certain times or in certain position?
