Naturopathy/Ingredients in formula I'm taking.

Hello, I'm taking a formula for focus and clarity, (it has been helping me), but I'm uncertain of some of the ingredients. The ones in question are, (per 2 capsules), 2x's/day : Sorry for the length!
Phosphatidylcholine 48mg
Phosphatidylserine 5mg
Phosphatidylanolamine 40mg
Phosphatidylinositol 28mg
Choline 125mg
Eleuthero 100mg
Huperzine-A 100mcg
dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silica.
Are these o.k. for 6mths.+ use, and are these aging factors?
Thank-you very much!!

Hello Francis,
These are all common ingredients for a focus supplement, and most are find for longer term use, assuming no contraindications in the first place. With Eleutherococcus many practitioners recommend a short break every couple of months, but it may not be essential.
Anti-aging factors?  If you are asking whether these reduce effects of aging besides mental focus and clarity, most are not used for just general anti-aging effects.  They are more directed at brain health specifically, especially in these amounts.
In health,
Dr Conner
