Question My son-in-law, recently broke the c5 & 6 vetrebraes in his neck. He has been released from the hospital and walking, what are some rehab exercises he can do. He does not have insurance to continue rehab thru medical facilities.
Answer He needs to see a physical therapist. His rehab will depend on what kind of fracture he sustained, whether he had surgery, the condition of the intervertebral disks, etc. No one can or should make any recommendations without getting a thorough medical history.
