Back and Neck Injury/neck pain

Good afternoon sir,
i was climbing down my staircase and my hand wa son the left side and it got bent and the shoulder went up and i got a severe sprain on the back of my neck, below the hair line wher shoulde and neck is joint, now i cant move my neck and it pains, thi shad happened to me last year same type while climbing down the stairs i slipped and hold the side rod and got sprained, i got cured after 15 days by takin pain killers.

wat should i do now?
