Back and Neck Injury/Lower Back Pain


Hi, I have been suffering from lower back pain for past 4 years. I am 23 year old male. I go to gym regularly. Recently I found out about anterior pelvic tilt. Reading about APT, makes me realize that maybe my pain is due to anterior pelvic tilt. I have a very bad life style. I tend to sit a lot.

So, I have been trying to do some stretching of psoas muscles and stengthen my core. I do planks for my abs and do a lot of glute exercises like lunges.

So, my question is will strengthening and stretching help me or not.

Also, I have a bad knee(my knee cap hurts when I walk on the stairs or squat) Is APT to be blamed.
