Answer
Hello Yogesh,

Sorry to hear of your health problems.
If you found the cream helpful then perhaps you just need a bit of physical therapy work on your neck to keep it free.
I have a completely free website, Do-It-Yourself-Joint-Pain-Relief,
http://www.do-it-yourself-joint-pain-relief.com/
where I have videos for every single joint in the body.

Basically, if you think of all the muscles in your body like the rigging (ropes) on a big old-fashioned sailboat,
with all the muscles large and small pulling against each other to stand, walk, turn your head, etc.
Then you can see that some inappropriate tension in just a few muscles could be negatively affecting the
balance in your neck and cause neck pain.

So I'm going to recommend you visit my Neck Pain Relief page,
http://www.do-it-yourself-joint-pain-relief.com/neck-pain-relief.html
follow along with the videos, and I'm optimistic you'll be able
to fix your neck pain.  If you are still lying in bed a lot you may
need to work on you neck on some regular basis until you are more
active again.  Also, if you think you need a new pillow that would be
money well spent, so you don't undo all your good work by having
your neck wrestle with an uncomfortable pillow all night and get tight.

I do hope this proves helpful.

All the best,

Gary Crowley
