Back and Neck Injury/MRI Results


Can you please explain these results and what kind of treatment i should expect?  I have Suffered a long time please tell me this can be fixed.   L1-L2 broad-based right paracentral spur/disc protrusion mildly compressing the thecal sac.   L3-L4 central right paracentral disc extrusion severly compressing the thecal sac.  L4-L5 broad-based paracentral disc protrusion severly compressing the thecal sac.   Spinal canal is congentially narrowed secondary to short pedicles.  I am 38 years old and I have had back trouble my entire life with no solution the first Mri was only done one year ago and THis Mri staes these problems have increased in that year.   The pain is terrible most days I can only walk short distances and when I lay down I have severe pain in my right hip and leg which I was told was sciatica from this.
