I am experiencing pain on my left pubic ramus.  Can you please help me with any stretches or exercises?

Hello Claire,

Sorry to hear about the pain you're experiencing.  If you know that you haven't bruised the area by bumping into something, or by being struck there then that generally leaves the muscles and soft-tissue as the main cause of your pain.

Your pelvic girdle is made up of three main bones - your two hip bones and your tailbone.  Your hip bones come together in the front to form your pubic bone.  If the bones of your pelvis are being torqued or pulled out of position by tight muslces the pain can be felt in places other than where it is tight, like your pubic ramus.

and learn how work on the tissue on and around your pubic bone with what I call the "press-pull-release" technique and the "hand-on-hand" technique.   This alone will probably do the trick.
