|Comment||After doing the reading about SHIATZU I know how I feel when I do this at home. It seems to be at the Meriden point upper left side shoulder/back, ear to neck. I hope that with time I will do something with the adhesions. I continue to use the stretch technique and also did some yoga this am that released my early a m muscle spasm. Got IT - DO IT. Thanks,|
