I had a back injury back in may I hurt my back to the point where I couldn't stay aweke now after a million musel relaxer I been able to get up AND MOVE AROUND THE SCT SCANS SHOWED NOTHING WRONG BUT MY RIGHT FOOT IS GETTING COLD PINS AND NEEDELS IN IT AND SEVER PAIN IN BOTH MY RIGHT LEG AND LEFT LEG AND THEY FEEL HEAVEY AND THE PAIN IS BEYOND WHAT I CAN STAND MY HIPS BECOME SO PAIN FULL ICANT HARDLE STAND TO TAKE A STEP WHAT CAN I DO NEXT

The good news is that your SCT scans showed "nothing wrong" so most likely you just have some inappropriately tight tissue that needs to be released so the nerves that are being affected can calm down.
I'm going to recommend you go to my completely free website, "Do-It-Yourself-Joint-Pain-Relief.com" and go through my Lower Back Pain video series.
You'll probably notice a lot of tension in many places, and you might not be able to release it all the first time through, but if you keep at it, you should quickly improve.  If something I show in the videos is too difficult, just skip to the next techniques and then revisit the difficult one later and you'll probably find it's easier to do.  You can do it!
