Question
My shoulders hurt.. Its a dull pain, like a strain. I feel a long time ago and injured my neck.. My neck exrays looked bad. I recently had carpal tunnel surgery, and now my elbows, and arms are going to sleep at night.. Is this because of my old neck injury? What can be done to fix the problem??

Answer
Gregg:

Thanks for writing.

Yes, the arms can go to sleep because the neck is out of shape.

The best thing to do to fix it is to get the neck back in shape.

Go to www. sorsi.com, www.icak.com and www.soto-usa.com and look for a good chiropractor near you.

There is a devise out there which has been shown to correct bad necks. It is called a Posture Pump. It is available at www.scrip.com, I think, or you can google it. The chiro could also get it for you.
