Question how do i get red runing color off my white background needle point picture. i just got it done and washed it and all the red border ran all over the white background. please help!

I'm sorry to hear about your needlepoint.
Unfortunately, if the piece is dried you probably will not be able to get the color out.
You might try asking a very reputable dry cleaner if they can get the red dye out of the white threads, but I would not expect any miracles.
