Question
Hi i my grandad has just passed away and my gran has found a wall tapestry and is getting rid of it. I know that my grandad has had it at least 40 years and would like to know if it holds any value. I have a photo of it and would be most grateful of any info you can provide thanks.

Answer
Kirstine,

You will need to find an appraiser that is familiar with needlepoint.

I suggest you contact the American Needlepoint Guild (www.needlepoint.org) for a referral in your area.

Hope this helps,
