I have a circa 80's TS canvas of a goose. The body area suggests an "envelope" stitch. I'm unable to find this in any of the books nor on stitch glossary sites on the net. Ring any bells to you?

I was also unable to locate the stitch. found this site that has a lot of info, maybe they might have it, i did not explore completely.
also if you have the address of the maker of the kit, try writting them for the instructions.
