Needlepoint/Plastic Canvas Pattern

Question
If you are not able to answer my question, I am hoping you will be able to lead me to someone who can.  Several years ago an older aunt, made for my young children an ornament in the shape of a reindeers head.  When you pinched it, the mouth opened and would hold a chocolate kiss.  I have heard there are other shapes, but I can not find the pattern.  Can you help me locate this pattern or do you have it?
