Question
I send my company's profile to a construction company that do subcontracting and they send me a contractor's qualification statement. It has questions on there that I can not answer right now. Such as...my company's financial information and references. My cleaning company was started in September of this year and the only experiences I have is working for another company.

What should I do and what are my chances of being add to their database?

Answer
I believe most companies would give you a chance, if you'll be 100% honest. If their only interest is "experience and financial qualifications" you have no chance. However, if you will be candid and offer service and pricing that is tops, they may give you an opportunity. If not, don't give up. But, never fudge on a qualifications statement. It's not worth it.
