We actively promote Fair Debt Collection Practices and other consumer protection laws. We teach DEBTOR RIGHTS and enforcement of those rights. It is my opinion that the more informed you are of your rights in the credit and collections practices the more peace you can have dealing with your FINANCIAL EMERGENCY.
Most financial problems are fairly common and as such have some very common solutions. The key is understanding your rights in the collection process and how to enforce them if need be.

They have harassed my office manager and coworkers saying that there families are going to die and they are going to send investigators to arrest me. One time they said come outside our investigators are here to arrest you. I did take out a payday loan and it has been paid if i owe anything all i want is information and to talk to the company i need to pay. Can you help me please.
Answer This is definately a scam. Do not panic. They cannot do anything to you. They are just trying to scare you. You should report them to the state or local police or attorney general. They are a menace and I am being flooded with calls. If they call back try to record them if possible. But make sure you report them to the authorities.
