Question
I have been receiving phone calls from (972) 755-1946 - a Michael Anderson (sounds Indian though) saying he received paperwork on his desk for an affidavit for a warrant.  He lists the charges.  I goggled this information while I was on the phone with him and nothing came up for this company, the phone number on caller id, the phone number he gave me 818-688-7216.  1st time today when I said "this is she" the phone hung up.  They called back and went through the spiel.  When I said did you send me anything in writing they claimed they sent something to my e-mail address.  I said I did not receive it.  I was trying to talk and they talked over me and then told me to stop yelling - my LT (did I mention I worked for a police department) was standing at my desk and he had to laugh because I wasn't. They can not arrest me on this pay day loan can they?  They claim it was in 06/02/06 with US national Bank - that did not come back in my goggling either.

Answer
Kecia,

One of our clients were receiving calls from the same company.  They are from India, and they are breaking multiple federal and state laws.  If you would like us to handle then for you please call us. 888-686-6834

And no you can't go to jail!
