Question What can I do about an online company who refuses to accept a return on an order which they sait was cnaceled and would not be shipped, but then turned around and shipped it anyways. I have a verbal agreement with the seller, and the seller also told a google.com representative that the order was canceled. Now they won't answer my e-mails or pick up the phone.
Answer I believe you have 60 days to dispute the charge on the credit card you used if a Visa or MC. If you used a debit card you dont have the same option. You could return the item but I doubt you will get your money back.
I am afraid you dont have many options here. Depending on the amount of money spent. Sometimes it is best to bite the bullet and move on.
