Question
hi my 11 year old daughter got hold of my wifes credit card and my sons debit card and spent about 370 pounds on a zynga site the only way to get in touch with them is by email. i have sent them dates and amounts that she spent but they are ignoring me any ideas of what else i can do,they have a phone number in sanfransisco but keeps saying unavailable

Answer
Contact your bank and advise them that the charges are eroneous. You may state that your daughter used the card but dont worry about her being prosecuted. They wont persue any charges. They may threaten to but they wont. Dispute the charges as unauthorized and they should reverse the charges. The debit card may be a little more difficult but you may attemptt o refute the charges as unauthorized. This should do the trick.
