Question I just recieved a phone call from a law firm about a hospital bill from back in 2007. I never got any of these bills and I had insurance at the time but the law firm said that its my own fault in the state of Colorado. Should I go to court and try to fight it or should I try to pay these unfair bills?

Start by requesting a detailed list of the services performed / items used. Contact your ins company and request information on what they paid. Chances are the hospital didn't bill the ins company, or you deductible wasn't paid.
