Question
Sir,
You have asked 2 question and i am sending the answer.
1. what percentage of HLA maching?
at chennai cross match was done, and 10% matching found before 48 hrs.of transplant.
2. how many months passed tx.
my tx. done on 07.03.2003. so it is now 6 and half years passed.

Sir, may i ask you another question that is i am taking mycept-500(mycophenolate mofetil)1 and 1/2 b/d, due to some problem in government policy now if i take renodapt-s(360)(mycophenolate with sodium)thrice daily , is there any problem?

thanking you,

biplab chakraborty

Answer
Hi Biplab,

Thanks for following up with me.

I did not ask the percentage of Lymphocyte Cross match (LCM). HLA typing and LCM are two different things. Also, I am not able to remember the context of your previous question. It is always helpful to post a follow-up question than a fresh question.

Please discuss these issues with your Nephrologist.

Sincerely,

Dr. Shah
