I would suggest to kindly consult to an ayurvedic doctor there in United States. You need to cut down your steroids intake immediately as they have hazardous ill-effects. Ayurvedic herbs like Gokshur, Punarva, Varun, Giloye, Kasni will repair and stimulate your Kidney cells. Along with it intake of proteins (incase of swelling), light walk, Yoga, deep breathing and protein rich diet is recommended. Follow the Diet chart as mentioned:
Moong dal(green gram), Louki(Bottle Gourd), Kulth dal(Horse gram), Radish, Turnip, Papaya, Guava.(Avoid green leafy vegetables and skinned lentils), Fresh vegetables, eaten raw or lightly steamed, roasted, or grilled; Low sodium or unsalted canned vegetables; Bitter Gourd, Lettuces, Methi, spinach, arugula; Plain frozen fruit or fruit canned in fruit juice; Fresh fruits like Apples, Guavas, Berries, Grapes, Pineapples, Apricots, Papaya, Peaches, Cherries, Citrus Fruits – Amla, oranges, lemons, grapefruits.etc.
It will provide strength to your pancreas as well as Kidneys and feel you far more active as compare to now.
