Question
Dear Anne

Do you have an address for the Dutch Consumer Advice Service? I am having a problem with TomTom based in Amsterdam. I thank you in anticipation for your help.

Bob

England

Answer
Hello Bob,
Do you mean a consumer advice like the "ombudsman"? That is, an independent organisation that helps you file complaints and the like, or did you mean a sort of helpdesk? I'm not sure what you need so if you could specify it, that would be a great help.

Meanwhile, there is this website where they'll help you, but as it is made for a Dutch audience the website is in Dutch. http://www.trosradar.nl/

I do hope i can help you!

Kind Regards,
Anneke Oosterink
