We will be arriving Eindhoven Airport on Saturday 31May08 at 13:10 on Ryanair. What is the best means to get to Rijswijk that day?

Usually the best way to get to anyplace is the train. Go to http://www.ns.nl/cs/Satellite/ns2007/en/mainmenu/include/1193053691834/travelers... to plan your trip. According to the website Rijswijk does have a station, so you should be fine.
