Neurology (general)/lightheadedness

Question
Hello. I have had daily lightheadedness going on 3 years now. I have had many cardiology tests, but to no avail. No one can figure out why I feel this way. I am not dizzy, just constantly feel like I might pass out - some days around certain times of the month are worse than others. Any ideas, suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks!

Answer
there are many causes for lightheadedness.so if you have any other symptoms you should tell the doc ter for more investigation.i cannont tell you what it's like because i don't know detail.but maybe it's a vasovagal reflex hypersensitivity that have not yet been known and certain treatment avilable.

other causes can be evaluated eg. hypoglycemia, orthostatic hypotension, low blood pressure, head injury, heart disease(which maybe hard to detect),seizure.
