Question
Hi  my daughter will be turning 21 in oct. and wants to spend her b day in vegas, i've been told they will serve her even with her id still showing as underage. and i'm also being told they will not serve her without a new id. Help

Answer
I am sure if your daughter has a Drivers License
or Passport with her date of birth on it,
she would be served if her government issued
identification shows that she is twenty one
years of age as of that date.  Las Vegas is
very used to twenty first birthday celebrations.
If you want to have an "official"explanation, I
would suggest that you call The Las Vegas Metropolitan
Police Department to reassure you.
I have never heard that one would need a brand
new official identification when one becomes
twenty one.
I hope you and your daughter have a wonderful
birthday celebration.
