Hi

This question is about my spirit guides. I recently contacted a physcic and I asked who my spirit guide was and he said it was Saint Joseph which I also picked up during meditation and I have other 2 guides. But I wanted to know if Joseph is always around me and how can I gain better contact with him? And do I have a angel?

Everyone has an angel with them at all times from birth.  It is their guardian angel.  It is present with every living being whether they believe in angels or not.  So yes you do have an angel.

I can not answer if Joseph is always with you or not, although at the moment I do not feel him.  It does not mean he is not with you.  What I can tell you is that the best way any one can get in direct contact with their spirit guides, angels, and the Divine itself is through meditation.  Remember that all from the Divine spirit beings including angels and spirit guides need be asked before they will intervene help assist or make their presence known clearly.  As humans we have been given free will which causes the angels and guides to wait for our call for help to them.

When you go into meditation go in with the intention that you would like to meet know feel and hear your spirit guide.  Ask that they show themselves to you.  Ask that you may hear them, sense them, feel them and smell them.  Yes many have special scents that allow us to know of their presence even when we are not looking for it specifically.  Ask and then when they have revealed themselves to you ask them questions and listen for the answers.  Be sure that when you are ready to leave their presence i meditation that you thank them for allowing you to know them better to become closer to them.  All Divine beings like to be acknowledged and thanked.
