I just had a dream that was strage but so vivid. I saw my self but as some little girl maybe 10 or 9 with long red to blond hair and sky blue eyes skinny, in a dress like medieval era! And she had a white brite smile, straigh teeth she was playing in either Holland, Ireland, or Scottland. Which the area was. I had heard my name beginning called Emily or Edtyda. And the air was crisp and clean smelling. Like no pollution! At all, was this a past life? I was running in a peasent dress in a field offlowers of all sorts from lilacs, to tall grass, and roses, to baby's breath, and Lavander too dandelions there are so much flowers I cannot descibe. I hear my self giggling in the fields running and trying to catch a butterfly that is white and yellow! The years I could only come up with was 1200s or 1300s even 1100s thats it! I also saw my self by friars Franscian or Cistercian friars and helping them with making communion bread and wine. This was my dream last nite! Was this a past life?

Wow, you certainly saw a lot of details. No one can prove it was or was not a past life dream since you don't have physical evidence, and only you know for sure if it was real or imagined.
You could do some exploring with a past life regression audio to perceive more information about how that past life (if you lived it) relates to your current one. Before taking yourself back, tell your mind to go back to that lifetime and perceive what you need to perceive. Keep it general. Trust the impressions you get. If you're able to, get specific dates and names and cities. Then do some research and see if they existed.
That could be considered proof to some, but the biggest skeptics will find a way to explain it away. It's good to be somewhat skeptical because accepting things without considering other options doesn't lead to understanding, but it's funny to me how much energy some of them put into denying anything metaphysical!
