Question Hi, I emailed this a little while ago, but i think I messed it up..so here goes again.
I have a new age tape someone made me back in 1988. It had on it
what sounded like a space flight done with music. It felt as if you were
actually taking off and flying into outerspace (doors sealing shut, rockets
flying, someone saying we are ready for blast off. etc.).. The tape
broke and I want to buy it on CD, but have no clue what it is called or
how to find it, it lasted about 20 minutes or so.. any help locating it
would be greatly appreciated..it's really an amazing thing to
experience. thanks Tommy
Answer well that is hard one. The only song (side of an album actually, is the jefferson starship's "Blows Suite"
from blows against the empire with following tracks.

so, not actually new age but very spacy in parts but a wonderful set of music with sound fx as you describe.
there is another of music that is more recent, a couple of years ago from a group called spacecraft, but that is not the one your looking for because it's so recent
