Question
I'm thinking of taking a 3 day weekend to Silver City around February the 22d. Do you have and suggestions on places to stay. I would like a cabin if possible. There will be two of us. Thanks

Answer
Hi Chuck!  Silver City is a fun place - it has funky galleries, wine bars and some really good restaurants.  The mountains of the Gila are some of the most beautiful in the Southwest.

For a listing of cabins, bed and breakfasts and hotels, visit www.silvercity.org.  They have a full run-down.  The Casitas de Gila offer pretty adobe guesthouses.  (www.casitasdegila.com)

Enjoy!
All the best -
Valerie
