Question
My son will be doing a summer internship with J.P. Morgan in Manhattan and is having a hard time finding an apartment since he's still in college in Wisconsin and got the internship very recently.  Any suggestions on where to start?  He's already tried Craigslist and other websites.

Answer
Craiglist is definitely the best.  The housing market in NYC moves rather quickly so rental locations often do not appear until about 45 days before the start of the lease period.

A large firm like J.P. Morgan might also have resources to help its summer employees find housing.
