Ninjutsu - ninjutsu stealth, speed and agility

Expert: Joe Maurantonio - 8/7/2009

Question
hello there. can you pleas tel me how i can train my speed, stealth and agility so that i can combine them into one.im just starting ninjutsu. thank you

Answer
Legend has in that the ninja trained in gymnastic exercises from a very young age. In modern times, we recommend encouraging our children to play games that would help to assist in their flexibility, balance, etc.

I would encourage anyone to begin a stretching, strengthening and balance program at any age.
