Question like u jennifer i too believe kurt ws murdered. is there anything that we can do to bring Kurts murderer to justice.

NIRVANA fans such as my self, united have tried everything in our power. Demonstrations, Letter Writings, Petitions.. The fact remains that only an immediate member of Kurt's family has the power to re open the case. At this point, since Courtney "owns" (and i use that term loosely) Kurt, his muisc, and Estate there is hardly no chance of anyone doing that.. Even from Kurt's side of the family.who have battled for anything. Our only hope is that one day Frances will read what all of us , and Tom Grant has to say and want the case reopened. The problem is the gun, and the greenhouse, and most of the other evidence is gone. Courtney managed to have the gun melted for an orginazation, the greenhouse was demolished shortly after, and their house was sold. So unless someone comes forth and confesses, its hardly likely.
You also have to keep in mind Courtney seems to be pretty powerful and not someone you want to cross.
