Question
Sorry! Just one more thing...I know that you think that Kurt was murdered by Courtney, but do you actually think she did the deed herself? If not, who do you think? Also, what is your theory behind his lethal heroin overdose before he was shot? Surely if he took that amount of heroin he wouldve known that he could die? Sorry for bugging ya!

Answer
Greetings Jenna,

I think she played a part in his death yes, Do I think she did it herself? No. It would have been impossible, she was conviently in California promoting her album "Live Through This", which is why she hired Tom Grant in the first place to "locate" Kurt, she asked him to put survalence on him just to see where he was at all times.

I belive whoever he was with, ( a strong belief it was Micheal Du Witt, Frances' nanny) shot him up or gave him an almost pure dose of Herion before shooting him. There are just to many inconsistances, who knows if Courtney knew he was writing a retirement letter or even told him to, since he no longer wanted to go the way with NIRVANA as they had been. I think she may have suggested it to him, and added the last lines of the letter to make it sound like a suicide note or atleast rasie an eyebrow of thought to it.

The fact that she was found with a peice of paper in her purse, practicing "hand writing" strongly suggests that she played a part in it somehow, I mean she went public with the fact she was extremly upset that NIRVANA had turned down lollapoluza ; in result a loss of alot of money, and Kurt was in the process of getting a divorce and writing her out of the will.

Im sure Kurt knew his limits, as far as the heroin goes, everyone who is an avid drug user does. The fact is he was not suicidal, so his family and close friends (and even himself) said, in fact he was so happy with the birth of Frances; just upset with Courtney.

Sincerely
Jennifer Hollman
