Question My 2002 nissan sentra window wipers are not working long with my horn. Are there fuses that may be out, or may the wiring be shot?

The wipers and the horn are not related. I would first check the fuses. But, from my experience check the wire that feeds the horn with a test light and see if the light illuminates when someone presses the horn button. If it does replace the horn. If not check the fuse and relay. For the wipers check the power to the motor and the fuse and if both are good replace the motor.
