Question
I have code P1605      A/T Diagnosis Communication Line
and also i dont get a   any power to the starter signal wire can you please help thanks  Rudy

Answer
Rudy,

The code means the computer cannot connect to the communications port.  I would try a different scantool or a different connector that connects to your scanner.  You could try resetting the scanner and reconnecting.

No signal to the starter means the neutral safety switch is defective or the ignition fuse has blown.  Check the fuse and fuse links at the positive battery cable.  Try shifting from park to neutral while turning the key.  If all else fails you will end up backprobing the circuit to see where the power is lost.
