Subject: 2004 Nissan Murano both windows rolling down

Question
I've just purchased an 04 Murano and just Thurs. the front two windows roll all the way down after I turn the vehicle off and open the door and I've tried everything. I've unhooked the battery and it worked ok until I drove the car later that day. What is causing this?

Answer
Cameron,

The dealer will have to look at this as the original owner has modified the programming of the vehicle.  If that is not the case it has been modified regardless.  So, take it to the dealer and have them reprogram the vehicle so it will not do this.  Again, this is a programming issue.
